This piece has a strong, moody elegance. 
The gradient from soft, misty grays at the top down to the darker richer blacks and charcoals at the bottom creates a sense of weight and depth. The subtle touches of earthy tones (like the muted browns and orchres) add warmth and complexity, preventing it from feeling too cold or stark.
